He says: Recommended by our friend Adam H., we enjoyed lunch al fresco today at Ranch 616. The place was packed and the outdoor fireplace added ambiance. The Jalapeno-Maiz Trout was hot and crunchy and sautéed with jalapenos and cilantro. The menu says that it comes topped with a cactus pear sauce, but my plebeian palate couldn’t make that out. We ordered the tabasco onion rings on the side and they were the best part of the meal. Thin and crisp they had a nice bite and the portion was heaping. Will absolutely be back. Completely amazed by the affordable prices and ginormous menu.
