He says: Recommended by our friend Adam H., we enjoyed lunch al fresco today at Ranch 616. The place was packed and the outdoor fireplace added ambiance. The Jalapeno-Maiz Trout was hot and crunchy and sautéed with jalapenos and cilantro. The menu says that it comes topped with a cactus pear sauce, but my plebeian palate couldn’t make that out.
